     Hawaiian Orange Bread

4 C. flour
1/2 t. salt
2 T. baking powder
1 2/3 C. sugar (I use 1 1/3)
1 orange, seeded and cored
1/2 C. chopped nuts
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 C. melted butter
1 1/2 C. milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift first four ingredients in bowl, set aside. Place orange in blender (with peel). Blend until mush. Add to dry ingredients along with remaining ingredients. Mix until well blended. Spoon bread into 2 greased 9x5x3 loaf pans. Bake 40-45 minutes or until done.
