Ingredients
-
1 (9 inch) Pillsbury Pie Crust
-
1 cup Broccoli, chopped
-
2 cups shredded Cabot (50 Percent) Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar (Yellow)
-
3 Eggs
-
1 cup Skim Milk
-
1/4 teaspoon Salt
-
Calorie Free Butter Spray

Instructions
Grease Pie Dish with Calorie Free Butter Spray. Lay pie crust in dish. Place shredded cheese and broccoli in pie crust (leaving about 1/4 cup cheese to sprinkle on top).
In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs, skim milk and salt together. Pour evenly over cheese and broccoli.
Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees F; bake 30 to 35 minutes. Take a toothpick and test the quiche by sticking it in the center. If it comes out clean, it is done. If not, bake until toothpick can be removed clean.
