     Leftover Turkey Soup

Ingredients
1 leftover turkey carcass
leftover turkey meat
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup sliced celery (or 1 tsp celery seed)
1 can chicken broth or 2 tsp chicken boullion
1 can turkey gravy
1 pkg noodles (or rice or barley can be used too)
 

Instructions
Boil carcass for 1 hour, cool and strain broth. Pick any remaining meat off, and add to broth. Add remaining leftover meat. Add carrots, celery and chicken broth, then simmer for 30-45 minutes. Add turkey gravy, simmer for 15 minutes. Then add noodles and simmer until tender.
