     Lowfat Vegetable Dip

Ingredients
1 8 oz. package Neufchatel cheese, softened
1 cup lowfat Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 tablespoon freeze-dried chives
 

Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine Neufchatel cheese, Cheddar cheese, yogurt, and chives.
Mix with a wooden spoon until thoroughly blended.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill at least 1 hour.
Serve with a platter of cut, raw vegetables.
Serving Suggestions
19 Calories per tablespoon, 1 g. fat, 2 g. protein, 1 g. carboh, 4 mg. cholest.
