     IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE

Ingredients
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup bisquick
2 T butter
13 ounce can of evaporated milk
2 eggs
16 ouce can of pumpkin
2 t pumpkin pie spice
1 t vanilla
 
Instructions
add all ingredients in the order listed into a blender mix till well blended.
pour into greased 9 or 10 inch pie plate
bake at 350 for 45 to 55 min or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean
