     Mexican Casserole

Ingredients
1-1/2 Pounds Ground Chuck
1 Small Onion
Seasoning Salt to Taste
1 Can Ranch Style Beans
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Can Rotel
1 Large Package of Flour Tortillas
1 LB Sharp Cheddar Cheese
 

Instructions
Brown meat, onions and seasoning salt. Drain meat.
Add beans (drained), Rotel (un-drained), and Cream of Chicken Soup
Layer in large casserole dish, the soft tortillas, meat mixture, then grated cheese. Do another three layers, ending with cheese.
Bake at 350 until bubbly, about 35 minutes.
