Ingredients

-	loaf white bread
-	12 oz cream cheese softened
-	horshradish, chives
-	1 lb bacon


Instructions


1. TRIM- crust from bread


2. Spread- cream cheese on bread and cut in half 3. Roll up each half separately 4. Take 1/2 strip bacon and roll it around bread 5. SECURE- with toothpick


6. BAKE- 350 F 45-50 minutes 7. HINT- for crispy bacon, put under broiler for a minute or so
