Wash the peppers, cut the tops off (reserving tops) and place in oiled glass dish.
Chop up tops of peppers to add into stuffing mixture.
Cover peppers and microwave for 5 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350
In skillet over medium heat, add about 1 tablespoon of EVOO, ground turkey, celery, garlic, green onions, tomato, chopped up tops of pepper, worcestershire sauce and all spices. Cook until turkey is no longer raw.
Stuff peppers, top with cheese.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and peppers are soft.
