1/2 Lime (sliced into wedges), keep one for garnish
2 Tablespoons Sugar
Mix for 6
9 ounces Bacardi Rum
15 ounces Club Soda
18 Mint Leaves
3 Limes (sliced into wedges), keep some for garnish
8 Tablespoons Sugar
Instructions
Place mint leaves, limes, and sugar in the bottom of the glass (or pitcher).
Using the end of a rolling pin, or a smaller glass, crush and paste together.
Add Bacardi and top off with Club Soda.
Stir well and garnish with sprigs of mint or a lime wedge.
Serving
Suggestions
Serve chilled. Goes well with chips and salsa.
