Boil the potatoes until tender. This can be done ahead of time, and they can be stored in the refrigerator.
Preheat the over to 400F
Cut the potatoes into quarters
Grease the bottom of a glass pie pan.
Put the fish fillets and potato quarters (skin down)in the pan.
Sprinkle crushed garlic over fish and potatoes
drizzle a small amount of olive oil over everything.
Bake 10-15 minutes.
Serve.
Be careful - the glass pan will be, and stay very hot.
