     Lebanese Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 bulbs garlic, cloves separated and peeled
1 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
3 c. olive oil
1 1/2 tblspn. olive oil for cooking
cinnamon to taste
 

Instructions
Heat skillet to medium and add 1 1/2 tblspn. olive oil. Cook chicken in skillet until thoroughly cooked through. Remove from skillet.
In the container of a blender, combine the garlic cloves, lemon juice and salt. Blend at medium speed until smooth. Continue blending while pouring olive oil into the blender in a thin stream. The mixture should become thick and white like salad dressing. Spread over chicken and sprinkle with cinnamon. Save leftover sauce in refrigerator.
