Grind with a spoon the garlic and anchovies. When you have a paste, add egg yolk. While whipping this mixture, very slowly drizzle in the olive oil. (If done correctly, this mixture will look a little like mayo.)
Add two drops or Wostershire and tabasco, salt and pepper, and lemon juice (or a mixture of the lemon juice and vinegar). Add parmesan cheese to taste.
