In med bowl, mix OJ, EVOO, chives, rosemary, salt and pepper. Place chicken in the mix, cover and marinate in fridge for at least 4 hours.
Preheat oven broiler. Arrange chicken on baking sheet, broil 30 minutes about 6-8 inches from the heat. Turn and brush frequently with remaining marinade mixture until no longer pink and juices run clear.
