Cheese Bacon Quiche

Ingredients

-	6 crisp strips of bacon
-	1/2 cup of grated cheese
-	The Custard-
-	3 large eggs - milk = 1 1/2 cups
-	salt, pepper, nutmeg


Instructions


Break up pieces of bacon, strew in bottom of pie shell. Sprinkle on all but a spoonful of cheese. Pour in custard, to within an 1/8 inch of rim. Sprinkle on rest of cheeese.


Bake at 30-35 minutes at 375.
