Ingredients

-	2 cups flour
-	1 cup sugar
-	2 teaspoons baking powder
-	1/4 teaspoon salt
-	6 eggs
-	1 cup oil
-	1 teaspoon vanilla
-	3-5 lbs of apples


Instructions


Cream eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients, add to creamed mixture. Pout into 14x9 inch pan and top with sliced apples. Top apples with crumb topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
