     Idaho Potatoes Wedges

Ingredients
1 bag and season for pork chops
1 tablespoon flour
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon melted butter
2 lbs red potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch wedges
 

Instructions
Combine seasoning for pork chops and flour. Gradually add water, orange juice and butter. Arrange cooking bag in a 9x13 inch baking pan. Place potatoes and 1 onion, cut into wedges in bag. Pour seasoning mixture over vegetables. Close bag loosely with black nylon tie. Bake on lower half of oven for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand 5 mins.
