|
melt butter in large pan. add olive oil. add cabbage and onion and saute at medium low heat until tender. cooking slowly brings out the sweetness in the vegetables.

boil noodles per directions, drain.

|
add noodles to pan. toss. add salt and lots of ground pepper.
|
|
|
top with sour cream or greek yogurt.
