Ingredients
hukureeya (indian yam)
potato
eggplant
coconut shredded
4 spoons oil
thyme seeds
asofetida
cumen seeds
papri lilva
 
laal masala
leela masala

Instructions
in pot, add oil add cumen seeds, thyme seeds, asofetida add laal masaala and leela masala
add papri lilva and sautee for about 15 min.
now add in chopped shukuriya and chopped potato and chopped eggplant add coconut washed and watery
now sautee all veggie together until soft. about 25 minutes
