2 cups semisweet chocolate morsels or dark chocolate chip (2 bags)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and melt the 4 oz of chocolate
then measure the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt into a bowl
then cream the butter and two sugars in another bowl and add the
melted chocolate and mix together
Beat in vanilla extract and cold egg and mix in the dry ingredients
then stir in the chocolate chips
Scoop out 1/4 cup-sized mounds and place on a lined baking
sheet about 2 1/2 inches apart but do not flatten then bake for 18
minutes or until a toothpick comes out semi clean
Leave to cool on the baking sheet for 4-5 minutes, then remove
them from the sheet to harden
