Ingredients
4-6 PORK CHOPS
7 OZ. MOUNTAIN DEW OR LEMON LIME SODA
1/4 CUP ONIONS OR 2 TBSP DRIED MINCED ONIONS
1 CUP KETCHUP
1/2 TSP DRIED MUSTARD
1/2 TSP CELERY SEED
1-2 TSP WORCHESTIRE SAUCE
1/4 CUP PACKED BROWN SUGAR
1 TSP SALT
 

Instructions
BROWN PORK CHOPS IN LARGE SKILLET OR IN ELECTRIC SKILLET.ADD SALT AND PEPPER IF DESIRED. DRAIN EXCESS GREASE. IN ELECTRIC SKILLET BROWN CHOPS AT 325 WITH SALT ON BOTTOM OF SKILLET TO START.
MIX ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS TOGETHER
POUR OVER PORK CHOPS AND BRING TO MEDIUM BOIL. REDUCE HEAT. SIMMER FOR ONE HOUR. IN ELECTRIC SKILLET PUT AT JUST UNDER 200
IF SAUCE DOES NOT THICKEN TURN UP HEAT AND ADD MORE KETCHUP AND BROWN SUGAR. THEN DASH OF CORNSTARCH
