Shell the shrimp leaving the tails on. Place shrimp in large ziploc or bowl. In another small bowl, stir together the pale ale, honey, cornstarch, garlic and cayenne. Add to the shrimp and let marinade for 6 hours or overnight.
Cook on the grill for about 3 minutes each side.
