Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly butter a
baking sheet.
Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and
creamy. Add flour and pecans and mix until just
blended.
Roll into balls (I use a melon baller to get a
uniform amount of dough). Place on a lightly
buttered baking sheet and bake at 350 for 20
minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.
