Ingredients

-	1 cup egg beaters
-	3 oz evaporated milk
-	3 packets splenda
-	1 tsp cinnamon


Instructions


Whisk together all items in a bowl. Pour into skillet. Flip in half when eggs are starting to look almost done. Serve with pancake syrup like Walden Farms brand. Note- you can add more or less sugar and eggs depending on your preferences.
