     Powatan Salad

Ingredients
Leaf Lettuce
Head Lettuce
Tomatoes
Chopped Celery
Radishes
Shredded Swiss cheese
Shredded White meat of chicken and smoked beef tongue
Few drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
 
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup cider vinegar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. bottled thick meat sauce
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic

Instructions
Mix garlic, mustard, salt, pepper and sugar. Add the Worcestershire sauce, thick meat sauce, lemon juice, Tabasco sauce and stir. Then slowly blend into this mixture the oil and vinegar that has previously been beaten together. Chill and spoon over green salad before tossing salad.
