     Never Fail Pie Crust

Servings   2 double crust

Ingredients
3 cups flour
1 1/4 cup shotening or 1 cup lard
1 tsp salt
1 egg
5 tbs water
1 tbs vinegar
 

Instructions
cut shortening into flour and salt. Combine egg, water and vinegar, pour liquid into flour all at once. Blend with spoon till flour is moistened.
Will keep in refrigerator up to 2 weeks
