Ingredients

-	1/2 cup sugar
-	1/4 tsp salt
-	3/4 cup butter
-	2 egg yolks
-	1/2 tsp vanilla
-	2 cups flour
-	grated rind of Lemon


Instructions


Can use electric mixer. If mixer is used put sugar, salt, butter, egg yolks in bowl and mix well, add vanilla, lemon rind and flour. Slowly add other mixture, beat till smooth after each addition.


If mixed by hand, dump all ingredients in bowl and knead with fingers till mixture holds together.
