Mix sugar and cocoa together well, stir in milk. Add
butter. Heat and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat. Add peanut butter, mix well till
melted. Add oatmeal and mix well. Drop by
teaspoonful onto wax paper.
For blonde cookies- omit cocoa.
