Mix together until crumbly (with hands) Take out 1/2 cup to put over top. To rest of crumbs add 1 cup sour milk ( may add 1 TBL. vinegar to sour the milk), and 1 tsp. baking soda and to all add 1 egg and beat well. Pour into greased pan and sprinkle with 1/2c. crumbs. Bake 350 about 1 hour.
