Mix salt and chili powder in a small dish. On a gas or open fire turn heat on high. Remove husk and cook corn over open fire for about 3 to 4 minutes turning often. Hold corn about one inch from the fire.
With a freshly cut piece of lime, dip the open end of the lime into the salt and chili mixture and then artfully massage the length of the corn leaving a trail of sour and hot flavors over the entire cob.
