1 1/4 c. (5-ounce) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Unroll pizza crust dough, and place on a baking
sheet coated with cooking spray; press to a 14 x 10-
inch rectangle. Sprinkle dough with Italian
seasoning. Bake at 425 for 7 minutes.
Spread pizza sauce over crust; top with mushrooms.
Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 6 additional minutes or
until cheese melts.
To serve, cut pizza into squares. Yield- 4
servings.
