Place beef in large pan. Combine ketchup, mustard, horseradish,
and worcestershire in 1 cup measuring cup. Stir into beef.
Fill same 1 cup measuring cup with warm water and add to meat
mixture. Use same cup to measure onion and add to mixture. Stir
in msg and pepper and cook on low heat, 15 minutes, stirring
constantly. Increase heat until mixture boils.
Boil 25 minutes, stirring often.
Serve with pickles, mustard, and onions on buns.
