Blend the chiles, minced garlic, and the reserved broth together, then add to the simmering broth. Add the hominy and adobo seasoning and let simmer for 15-25 minutes. Take the precooked chicken and shred it, then add it and the cilantro in. Give a couple squeezes of lime juice and simmer for another 10-15 minutes. Before serving, season with salt and pepper to taste.
