1 cup cooked rice (use broth from chicken to cook rice)
1 cup of melted butter
1 sleeve of ritz crakers
Instructions
Cook whole chicken in big pan with water, will use broth for rice. After chicken is cooked, follow directions for rice and use broth to cook rice instead of water.
Pick chicken apart and discard bones.
Set oven to 375
Combine all of the other ingrediants together
add chicken and rice
Place in a cassrole dish top with crushed ritz crackers and butter on top to help keep crackers together.
Put into oven and cook for 45min
