     Strawberry Spinach Salad

Ingredients
Salad-
1 lb baby spinach
1 head bibb lettuce
1 pt strawberries, sliced
1/2 c chopped pecans
Dressing-
1/3 c raspberry vinegar
1/4 t salt
 
1/3 c sugar
1 T poppy seed
2 t dried minced onion
1/4 c canola oil
Instructions
Salad- Wash spinach and lettuce. Drain well and tear into bite-sized pieces. Combine with strawberries and pecans in large bowl.
Dressing- Combine vinegar, salt, sugar, poppy seeds, onion and oil; mix well. Toss salad with dressing before serving.
