Combine eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla and zucchini. Sift together flour, soda, cinnamon, salt and baking powder. STir into egg mixture. Add nuts. Pour into greased and floured loaf pans or fill 2 round (1 pound) coffee cans 1/2 full. Bake at 325 for 1 hour or until done when tested with a toothpick. This will freeze well.
