In a large bowl, whip egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, and lime juice for 5 min. Pour filling into prepared crust. Bake at 350 for about 15 min or until edges are set and center is still soft. Remove from oven and place in refrigerate to cool. IN a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, sugar and salt for 3 to 6 min or until sugar had dissolved. Spread topping evenly over chillled pie. Return pie to 350 oven to set the topping, about 15 min; do not let it brown. Refrigerate 24 hours after second baking. Serve with lime slices or chocolate shavings.
