     Sean's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
2-1/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 Teaspon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 and 1/2 sticks of Butter -Unsalted
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 Generous packed cup of brown sugar
1/2 generous cup of granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
 
1 12-ounce package of Nestle Toll house semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat Oven to 375
Stir together four, soda, and salt
In a mixer bowl beat butter and vegetable oil on medium for 30 seconds.
Add Sugars and beat till fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Add dry ingredients to beaten mixture, beating till well blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop from a teaspoon 2 inches apart onto un-greased cookie sheet. back in a 375 degree oven for 8-10 minutes or till done.
