     Pear Gorgonzola Pizza

Ingredients
Pizza Dough (you can make your own or buy it)
2 Pears
Gorgonzola Cheese (I typically use 1 - 1 1/2 smaller tubs)
Mozzerella Cheese (fresh) (optional)
Basil
Olive Oil
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 or 450. Oil your pan with olive oil and spread out the crust. Add olive oil on the top.
Cut your pears and mozzarella in thin slices. Lay the pears on the pizza dough and sprinkle with the mozzarella and gorgonzola cheese. Sprinkle with a little basil.
Bake at 400 or 450 (depending on how crispy you want your crust) for about 8-10 minutes, maybe longer Check often. Remove when crust is slightly golden.
It's really just a throw it together type of pizza. Sorry for the vague measurements!
