     BLT Salad

Ingredients
1 lb bacon
3/4 c. mayo
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
salt to taste
1 head of romaine lettuce-rinse, dried and shredded
2 large tomatoes, chopped
 

Instructions
Fry bacon. Drain and crumble.
In a blender or food processor, combine mayo, garlic, & black pepper, & salt. Blend until smooth.
Combine lettuce, tomatoes, bacon and croutons in a large salad bowl. Toss with dressing, and serve immediately.
