     Dip Spinach-Artichoke

Ingredients
10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 can (13.75 oz) artichokes, chopped
2-3 cloves of garlic
8 oz lite cream cheese
1 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pie pan with cooking spray.
Mix all ingredients at high speed with beaters. Spread into prepared pan and back 30 minutes. Serve warm.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with cut up veggies or crackers.
