     Beef, Pasta, and Green Beans

1 box pasta
1 pound ground beef (or turkey)
1 lemon
16 oz bag frozen french cut green beans
1 red pepper; cut into strips
1/2 tsp salt
1 beef bouillon cube

Prepare pasta as directed. Meanwhile in skillet over high heat, cook ground beef until browned.
While meat cooks, remove 5 lengthwise strips of zest from lemon (no membrane). Slice into thin strips crosswise.
To meat in skillet, add lemon peel, frozen green beans, red pepper and salt. Cook until green beans and peppers are tender; about 10 min.
Stir in pasta, bouillon and 3/4 cup water and heat thoroughly.
Serving Suggestions
I like to add soy sauce to my plate before eating.
