     Chicken Pot Pie

1 cooked chicken, meat shredded from bones (see cooking instructions below)
Broth from cooked chicken
1 unbaked pie shell
3 potatoes, cubed
3 stalks celery, diced
3 carrots, sliced
1 can chicken gravy
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can mushrooms
1 can peas (optional)
Mix of flour & water to thicken

Cook whole chicken in a large pot. Cover chicken with water, then save broth. Set chicken aside.
Add potatoes, celery and carrots to broth and cook until vegetables are tender.
Add remaining ingredients to broth and stir well. Spoon mixture into a baking dish and top with pie shell.
Bake at 350 degrees until pie crust is browned.
