     Polish Reuben Casserole

Ingredients
2 cans (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tbs prepared mustard
2 cans (16 oz) sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1 pkg (8 oz) uncooked med-width noodles
1 1/2 lbs Polish sausage, cut into 1/2 in pieces
2 cups shredded swiss cheese
3/4 cups bread crumbs
 
2 tbs butter, melted

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 X 9 inch baking dish.
Combine soup, milk, onion, and mustard in med bowl; blend well. Spread sauerkraut in prepared dish. Top with uncooked noodles. Spoon soup mixture evenly over noodles; cover with sausage. Top with cheese. Combine bread crumbs and butter in small bowl; spreinkle over casserole
Cover dish tightly with foil. Bake about 1 hour or until noodles are tender.
