2 sticks margarine
1/2 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 T. vanilla
3 c. plain flour
1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
4 T. Cocoa
1 1/4 c milk
2 C. sugar
2 T. cocoa
1 small can evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1 large marshmallows
1 t. vanilla

Cream butters and sugar. Add eggs; add vanilla. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa. Add to butter mixture. Add milk. Bake in tube pan at 325 for 80 minutes. Cool and frost
Mix sugar and cocoa; add milk. Stir well. Add butter, marshmallows and vanilla. Cook over low heat until soft ball stage. Remove and stir until spreading consistency.
