     Brocolli Casserole

Ingredients
1/4 c. chopped onion
4 T. butter
2 T. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
3 eggs, well beaten
2-10 oz. pkgs. chopped brocolli, cooked and drained
 

Instructions
Saute onion in butter. Add flour and mix well. Add milk to make a white sauce.
Cube cheese and add to white sauce. Let melt, stirring occasionally. Stir in eggs and pour over broccoli. Mix well.
Pour into 8 inch casserole and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
