Corn Souffle

Ingredients
-
1 can whole kernel corn (undrained)
-
1 can cream style corn
-
8 oz sour cream
-
1 Tbsp sugar
-
1 stick margerine (melted)
-
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
-
salt & pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients in 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until edges are golden brown.
Serving Suggestions
Drain 1/2 juice from corn for firmer texture. Use light sour cream for lower fat/cal recipe.
