Ingredients
4 OZ FLOUR
4 oz sugar
4 oz butter
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
few drops of vanilla essence
 
Instructions
Sift together flour and baking powder.. Cream the butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time adding one tbsp of flour after each egg. Fold in the remaining flour and add the vanilla essence.
Put this mixture in the tins and bake at gas mark 5 for 15-20 minutes or until well risen and fine to touch
