Dip chicken into eggs then breadcrumbs and cover the bottom of a backing dish (Pyrex)

|
Layer with ham and cheese
|
|
|
Add another layer of breaded chicken and top with fresh pineapple and more cheese
|
|
|
Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Bake at 425 for 25 minutes uncovered.
