Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees and grease a 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
|

|
Arrange potatoes in a single layer. Pour milk over potatoes and dot with butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

|
|
Cover and bake for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
|
|
|
Sprinkle with cheese and parsly then bake uncovered 5 minutes longer or until the cheese is melted.
