Preheat the oven to 425. Mix together the tomatoes, cappicola, pepperoncini and season with salt to taste.
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Unroll dough and gently stretch to fit 11x16 baking sheet. Brush a little evvo over the dough. Spinkle goat cheese on top then spread tomato mixture over top and bake for 15 to 18 minutes until crust is golden brown.
